When I read this it becomes evident that often we blame the hatred and grudges that we hold, on the person that started it. We let in pull us down, and make us something we don't want to be. Its time we sat down and meditated.
Meditate to forget all the grudges all the darkness in you and let it go. Because otherwise we are letting this grudge grow into something worse, hate. God doesn't hate, Jesus doesn't hate. Merciful, loving, and forgiving is what we should aim to be. I know its hard to let go, but not everything in life is easy, and so it should be. How could we be strong soldiers of God when we are weak from having nothing but happiness?
